hello out there to all you webcomic fans, and creators. i was wondering if it would be at all possible for someone to give a guide to the creation of webcomics. i realise the steps in which you draw, ink, scan, and color, but am struggling with the concepts included in publishing my comic to the web, creating archives, setting up paypal accounts, and more. please, if you are involved with the creation of webcomics, post here with instructions for me, and many other webcomic hopefuls.

Well imp also creating a web comic (just started too :) ) well basically I suggest for a web site you use:
http://www.100webspace.com
Its free, has upgradeable options for a monthly fee and you can register a domain name there.

As for a creating archive and setting up paypal accounts you will need to find some one that can or learn how to use PHP, paypal and possibly MySQL.
