Skill Points at Each Level: 4 + Int modifier

Weapon and Armour Proficiency
The monk gains no proficiency in any weapon or armour.

Unarmed Strike, AC Bonus, Unarmed Speed Bonus
For these class features, use the value given for a monk of double the monk's actual level on the original Table: The Monk (or Table: Large or Small Monk Unarmed Strike Damage). Items such as the Monk's Belt only affect your abilities as a normal monk, not a prestige monk (so a 4th-level prestige monk with a monk's belt is treated as a 13th-level monk, not an 18th-level one).

Flurry of Blows
The penalty lessens at 3rd level and disappears at 5th.

Still Mind
Replace "A +2 bonus on saving throws against" to "Immunity to hostile"

Wholeness of Body
Replace "Twice her monk level" with "Her hit points from monk levels"

Abundant Step
Add "Per monk level" after the word "Day".

Diamond Soul
Replace "Monk level" with "Character level"; add "The monk can raise or lower her spell resistance as a free action."

Quivering Palm
Remove the 1/2 symbol from the saving throw DC.

Perfect Self
Replace "Rather than as a humanoid (or whatever the monk’s creature type was) for the purpose of spells and magical effects" with "Or a member of her own type, whichever she prefers." Replace "10/magic, which allows her to ignore the first 10 points of damage from any attack made by a nonmagical weapon or by any natural attack made by a creature that doesn’t have similar damage reduction." with "10/-.". Ignore the last sentence.

I seem to be unable to find the prerequisites for the prestige monks

Another set of classes from you that I like.

At a first glance, if have noticed that the monk does not have a hit die. Also, it should be "unarmored speed bonus", not "unarmed"

Also, I think this is a monk that I will use in my campaign.

Have you thought about making Quivering Palm available more than once per week? Personally, If there should ever be a monk of high enough level in my game, I intend to make it available at least 1/day.

These are actually really well done, they look fairly even and balanced.
I look forward to seeing them in practice.

Fixed the unarmoured thing and HD. I feel that more QPs would be great for the normal monk, but when you're already bunching it into half the levels it had before, you risk making it too powerful (weird problem for a monk, I know). Quivering Palm is just a sort of punch a king and get a +lots to your intimidate check because you can SoD him from the other end of the universe thing. I don't think that's the kind of thing that anyone should be doing regularly.
