Are there any archetypes that give Kinetic Blast to other classes?

None yet. It is a feature that's wrapped up in a lot of other class features, so it would be a little difficult to bake into most classes. It sounds like the revamped Vigilante might have something similar coming up, but we won't know until after that book gets released.
