Does anyone know of a sourcebook or 3rd party product that enables modern/future campaigns using the D&D rules?

Thanks!

Due to that Unearthed Arcana on Modern Magic and the DMG having both guns and futuristic weapons (I don't recommend their use, unbalancing damage), this is probably in the works.

Having said that, it could be a year or two. In the meantime, this is actually very easy to reflavor in your game. No classes need mechanical changes, only refluffing. Picture the world you want, or even let your players contribute, and change each class.

Magic is easy to keep as magic in sci-fantasy, or refluff as technomagic. Spellbooks are tablets that summon nanobots or harness ambient energy.

Divine magic stays as is, or in a godless world becomes people connected to an energy dimension, channeling that power through themselves.

Druids fight back against technological progress. Ecoterrorism. They see themselves as good, few others do.

The fighter is a trained and skilled warrior, using machetes, baseball bats and energy swords. The barbarian is a drugged out psycho. Monks fit any setting, as do rogues. Almost no skills in the entire game need changing.

Ranged bows become guns or energy weapons. Keep piercing for guns, change damage type for futuristic. Beware that fire is highly resisted, whereas force and radiant are almost universally useful. Balance where you see fit. Cantrip can all easily become energy weapons, as well.

The low-impact option would be to replace bows with guns and call it a day. (Don't use the modern weapons in the DMG; those aren't presented with any thoughts to balance). You might also remove existing armor, have the remaining options (bulletproof vests, Mage Armor, etc) provide their original value DR instead, and give everyone Proficiency to AC, given that people generally don't walk around with chainmail.
