Multiweapon Fighting question

So I am looking at the race Kasatha, and I see the have 1 main arm and 3 off hands as far as Two Weapon fighting goes.
If I am holding 4 weapons lets say, would I still only get 1 off hand attack? I am not sure if I overlooked something in the UMR since players cant easily get an extra pair of arms.

Also if I can only make that 1 extra off hand attack, is there a way to get off hand attacks with each arm?

No, you'd get 3 off-hand attacks, one with each weapon. Multiweapon FIghting would reduce the penalties, just as Two Weapon Fighting would.
