Is there a way?

Eberron Adept gets a domain. Planar Touchstone (Catalogues of Enlightenment). Domain Sorcerer from Complete Champion. Lower-tier arcane casters and Arcane Disciple. Domain Droughts from the Magic Item Compendium (consumables that give a domain for a day). Sovereign Speaker PrC on a divine bard or something, perhaps.

What are you looking for a domain for? What sort of character or goal do you have in mind?

What Forrestfire said, plus the Contemplative and the Divine Crusader (which is a really specialized independent casting PrC; look it up).

Your main options are to play Divine Crusader, or play a lower-tier caster and take a prestige class that gives you the domain(s) you want.

Since no one else has mentioned it yet, the shaman from OA gets domains. 5 3 in total, IIRC.

Luck Domain specifically. I'll look in to those suggestions thanks.

OA shaman is really cool, he is like a druid, but less busted and on a monk chassis instead of a Bear chassis. Spell list is really reasonable with nature spirit ally (planar ally with fey) and SNA, but none of his spells except the above really breaks the game. (No gate/miracle/shapechange iirc without domains)

They also make cool Ordained Champions.

Isn't OA Shaman T1?

Evangelist is probably teir two, it is a cleric with sorcerer style spellcasting and spells known sans domain slot but gains two domains known and granted powers plus one every five class levels. Doesn't get turn undead though.

Edit: it also loses some proficiency, AFB, so I can't recall which ones, but that means you can't combine cloistered cleric with it even if your DM allowed alternate base classes to qualify for their original bass class.

What about using the spontaneous divine caster (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/spontaneousDivineCasters.htm) variant on a cleric? It'd drop a cleric down to tier 2, if your GM is willing to allow that.

T2. The spell list is much, much more limited than any of the T1's and the class's supplementary abilities are nothing to write home about. Not all prepared casters are T1.

Mystic from Dragonlance Campaign Setting is T2, and can get any one Cleric domain (except Magic)

Divine Sorcery feat (Dragon #343) may give domain to a Sorcerer, but for Luck domain you need to be LG Half-Dragon follower of Bahamut

Sorcerer. There's a variant that gives you access to a domain. It's in Complete Champion.
