What would you do with +15 to Athletics and Acrobatics?

Maybe you could be a Goliath Rogue (Thief) 3/ Bearbarian 6 / Monk as well for extra physical ability although I'm not sure what the one best way to optimize for physical ability is.

It depends. If you had +15 to Athletics and multiple attacks and good AC, you could be a terrific party tank, grappling multiple enemies per round (and possibly shoving them prone too) and holding them there like fish in a barrel for everybody else to kill.

You could climb walls like nobody's business.

You could string up tightropes and fight from on top of them.

You could probably star in this movie (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rBicCZG4vg0) and do your own stunts.

I'd lament the fact that the DM started setting all the DCs between 20 and 30.

Grapple (http://www.enworld.org/forum/showthread.php?468737-The-Grappler-s-Manual-%282-0%29-Grappling-in-5th-Edition)everything. I love being a luchador, but have never played in a game where I could get my bonus higher than like a +5.

A level 1 Rogue Human with Expertise in Athletics and Acrobatics can have 16 in Str and Dex for a total bonus of 3 + 2 * 2 = 7 to Athletics and Acrobatics checks.

Yeah... I'm not a clever man. I always went barbarian first for the higher HP :P

Abandon whatever my character was supposed to be and start playing him as Grant Danasty from Castlevania 3.

Well even so, you should have had +6 by level 4 and +7 by level five. Did your char die early?

Try any race with a strength bonus, and then go barbarian 1 rogue 1. +7 to grapple and advantage by level 2.

This sounds like the sort of thing that makes you unbelievably good in chase situations. So, it's high time to get in more chase situations. Maybe that means chasing people, maybe that means investigating hit and run tactics with a bit more emphasis on the run.

A swashbuckler can add advantage to his athletics and acrobatic checks at 13th level with a bonus action. Awesome.

That enemy bad guy with the big sword next to the lava pit is just waiting to get dunked in hot liquid magma, jumping over the dragon and as you do punch him in the nose, stuff like that.

We, uh, started at level one and never had a second session <_<
