Can someone identify this old TV miniseries? [Archive]

I'm pretty sure it was a miniseries, but I can't be absolutely sure.

Anyway, this was around 1990, and centred on this old man who was exposed to some secret superscience thingie that meant he kept getting younger. He and his wife, their blind daughter and some other allies were pursued by, I think, creepy government types who wanted to either dissect the guy, or silence him.

Does this ring any bells?
