Artificer trapsmith

So my question is. How would one go about specializing in trapsmithing as an artificer? Specifically a spell wrapped spell hording Dragonwraught kobold.

Probably take levels in Trapsmith or Combat Trapsmith. Those are the only real trapsmithing-specialist classes AFAIK.

Aside from that...take ranks in Craft (trapmaking). And...there you go. That's about it. *shrug*

Would it hurt the artificer like useful wise if it dipped levels out of artificer for those classes?
