goliaths have powerfull build to count as large. and can take the mountain rage variant to actually become large. but if they do become large they cant wield even bigger weapons due to large size cancelling out powerfull build.
But normally a goliath has no use of strongarm bracers, they dont stack with powerfull build. Does that mean a goliath barbarian with strongarmbracers could use them as long as he is raged?

a new player is planning on playing a stoneblessed halfling to do a slight hulk impression. but would not settle for 'just'a large sized weapon.

are there any more size increasers that stack?

Yes, Strong Arm Bracers stack with Large size.

I believe you can only get 1 effective size increase to stack with your actual size (since they all say +1 from what is normal for your size).

Yep, that whole process seems kosher. He'd need either a Sizing weapon or to have a backup that's a size category bigger than normal. Strongarm bracers let you wield a size category bigger, but don't stack with Powerful Build. However, a Goliath using Mountain Range is merely a normal Large creature, without any powerful build. Don't see any reason it wouldn't work.

follow up question:
does the size increase do anything to the persons speed?
halfling has 20, goliath the normal 30. does a large goliath go any faster?

No, size is entirely divoriced from speed.

To counter your examples: Goblins are also small and go 30 feet, dwarves are medium and go 20 feet.
