I've been looking for a dungeon generator that will give me more control over the layout. I want random generation but I also am looking for something with a lot of big rooms and not too much space spent on passages or 10x10 rooms.

I like the donjon dungeon generator (http://donjon.bin.sh/d20/dungeon/). Set Room Layout to Dense, Room Size to one of the larger ones, Corridors to Straight, Remove Deadends to All, should give you basically what you want. (My favorite donjon feature is you can export it to a TSV document ready to be imported into Excel, which is what I use for DMing, but that's less useful if you don't use Excel for that purpose.)

There is the old random dungeon generator in the back of the 1st ed DMG, as well as a 3rd party supplement by Central Casting called, aptly enough, Dungeons. (http://www.amazon.com/Central-Casting-Dungeons-Robert-Sassone/dp/0922335524) I wouldn't bother buying from Amazon, but it's the first link that I came across...you can find it much cheaper with a little google-fu. Central Casting also had 3 other books for generating random backgrounds for characters...one for fantasy characters, one for "modern" characters, and one for Sci-fi characters, FYI.

I'm really looking for something online; the point here is to be able to generate a map quickly rather than having to spend hours drawing one out.

I don't think you're going to do better than the donjon one mentioned above. It's really solid.
