Not in the survey itself, but on the introduction page. Point no. 2 mentions an "artificer-based character class".

It is pretty much public secret there will be an Eberron supplement in the future. One of the first UA articles was Eberron focused, after all. WotC also confirmed multiple times they are working on psionics. But until we get official announcement, we can only speculate what will came out first.
