Hello I am in the middle of rebuilding a world I began (or more on point adding to the town I made) and have decided that I would like there to be a dwarf artificer in town to help the PC's when it comes to weapons and such. He would be the town blacksmith, however more built towards helping the PC's when they need a magic item then anything else.
Personally I have never built an artificer before so I don't even know where to begin, I would like him to be able to craft stuff quickly and rather cheap however this way he could always turn the buck per say. I was thinking of giving him the forge of the weaponsmith and armorsmith from Races of stone )20,000gp to make it easier so when player's ask for a specific item to be made he can do it rather quickly as he has a +20 bonus on such items off the bat from the forge. If someone could help me build him with say a 32 PB up to level 5 I would really appreciate it.
