In Dragon Magazine #349 there is a Chameleon Crafting feat that allows a power to be put into a magic item or a spell to be put into a psionic one. Should it be possible to Wish/Reality Revision yourself these types of items and which ability would be used for which type of item then? Wish for the spell containing psionic item or would it be used to make the power containing magic item?
