The best way to convert Pathfinder Spells to 5e

Is there a formula or just number mash until it looks right? Other then the save or die spells anything that wouldn't port over nice or wouldn't play nice with other spells?

I don't believe that 5e spellcasting with the intention of making PF spells easy to convert, so there's no real formula to use.

But look at spells at like spell levels. Save or die is rare. Save or suck is common, but the target gets repeated attempts to stop sucking at the end of its turn.
