Where can i find a website where i can desgin how my character will look?Are you requesting a tool which will create an illustration on your behalf?

There are tools for creating character sheets, some of which include existing illustrations to use as character portraits. The Dyslexic Studios character sheets (http://charactersheets.minotaur.cc/) include a large pool of those. I am not familiar with anything which takes input and generates a portrait automatically.

There are numerous artists on DeviantArt typically willing to do a Request (free) or Commission (for a fee; depends on artist, style, etc.). I just had one done and he came out looking amazing! The inked lines were $35, and the additional work (digital color and shading) was $25. In total, I spent sixty bucks. Well worth it!

It isn't perfect, and there are definitely more robust creators out there. The thing that I like with this is that it's a custom miniature creator, and you can get the miniature that you create 3D printed for you if you so choose.

+1 on this. Even if you are not ordering a mini, you can still do the design work to help visualize your character.
