In the lastest comic, 468, in the three panels where Elan and Haley are making out, if you look at the sound effects, they change from *smooch* into *grope*.

How far has this already progressed, you think?

Given that we know they've spent the night together at least twice (once immediately after they defeated the Linear Guild and Haley got her voice back, and the night before the battle for Azure City--e.g. last night!), I'd suspect it's already gone way past the heavy petting stage...

Without saying anything, Haley put her hands up so that Elan could slip her shirt off easier. That's a sure sign that they've done that part before.

Judging by what we know of both Haley and Elan (who, if you'll remember, was nearly naked with Samantha by the time the party found him), I'd say it's a fair assumption that they've been smiting evil since that first night.
