I'm sure someone has done this before. Oh well.

Urgent Spell [Metamagic]
You can cast spells with slightly less effort.
Prerequisites: Silent Spell, Rapid Spell
Benefit: You reduce the casting time of a spell to a move action. An Urgent Spell uses a higher level spell slot based on it's casting time:
Standard Action: spell level +3
Full Round Action: spell level +4
> Full Round Action: no
Special: The spell chosen cannot have a vocal component. If you cast a Urgent Spell, you cannot use your swift or immediate action to cast a spell or activate a magic item. You can manifest powers, perform martial maneuvers, or anything else you could do with your swift or immediate action. But it cannot be used to cast a spell or activate a magic item that has an effect based on a spell.

Immediate Spell [Metamagic]
You can cast spells in response to another's action
Prerequisites: Silent Spell, Urgent Spell, Quicken Spell, and Rapid Spell
Benefit:You reduce the casting time of a spell to an immediate action. An immediate spell uses a higher spell slot based on it's casting time:
Swift Action - spell level +3
Move Action (if somehow you find one, think I've seen one somewhere) - spell level +4
Standard Action - spell level +7
Full Round Action - spell level +8
> Full Round Action - no
(Note - done to prevent metamagic reducer stacking)
Special: The spell chosen cannot have a vocal componet. The spell chosen must have it's duration inherently - Quickened, Rapid, Urgent, etc spells cannot be effected by this feat. You cannot reduce the cost of this metamagic by more than one through any means. Divine Metamagic cannot be used to pay for this metamagic cost. You cannot apply this feat for free in any way.

Effortless Spell [Metamagic]
You can cast spells with seemingly no effort at all
Prerequisites: Silent Spell, Still Spell, Rapid Spell, Quicken Spell
Benefit: You may cast a spell as a free action. This does not count against your one quickened spell per round total. An Effortless Spell uses a spell slot five levels higher than the original spell.
SpecialThis can only effect spells whose casting times are swift or immediate actions and do not have vocal or somatic components. This parameters can be met with the appropriate metamagic feats. You cannot reduce the cost of this metamagic by more than one through any means. Divine Metamagic cannot be used to pay for this metamagic cost. You cannot apply this feat for free in any way.

Emphasize Spell [Metamagic?]:
By spending longer casting a spell you can cast a spell with less effort.
Prerequisites: any metamagic feat
Benefit: You can cast spells that take a standard action to cast as a full round action. An Emphasized spell takes up a spell slot one level lower. (Overpowered? Maybe swift action to full round action and standard action to two full round actions)
Special: You cannot cannot Emphasize a spell outside of a stressful situation where time is relevant, such as combat. Emphasized spells must have both a somatic and vocal component. Don't even think about metamagic cost reducers. Divine Metamagic is right out.
