So, according to the Pathfinder magic item creation rules, an item that requires a specific skill to function is reduced in cost by 10%, and one that requires a specific class or alignment is reduced in cost by 30%
What do you guys think would be a reasonable cost reduction for the requirement of a specific race or a specific feat, such as requiring great cleave for some special powers of a sword to function, or needing to be a hobbit to use a special smoke bomb producing pipe or something?
EDIT: Also, do you double the cost of spell-based powers for being slotless if the magic item possessing them is a weapon?
