Ways to get free combat reflexes / improved bull rush ?

Hi,
I am trying to get far too many feats in a Ruby Knight Vindicator build,
and I would like to know if you knew of any way to get either free improved bull rush or combat reflexes ?

This could include cleric prestige classes (specifically granting those feats or fighter bonus feats), templates, races, items, or any other way to get more attack of opportunities or improved bull rush.

Overwhelming Attack monk gets improved bull rush at 2nd, Denying Stance monk gets combat reflexes at 2nd and Invisible Eye monk gets combat reflexes at 1st. Probably not too helpful, though. You might just sink two levels into fighter. Human is an obvious race choice.

Of course there is also Martial Monk that can get them both in two levels if you wanted more skill points, the flavor, or for some ungodly reason the class features of monk over the BaB of the Fighter.
