Creating Carl: The Llama Animal Companion/Mount

OK, this idea had started out as a joke a couple of years ago, and it ended up turning into a pretty feasible Archetype/Prestige Class.

"OK, but imagine a small character astride a llama charging down a hill. People laugh. But llama's are mean. Like, Goose mean." <---- is what started the hilarity/terror that became the "Llama Knight". Eventually, the llama became "Carl" from Llama's with Hats.
Anyway, there's a point to all this:

I'm using Hero Labs (with all the Paizo, no 3rd party) add-ons. I was wondering what would be a reasonable way to go about creating this using HL, or short of that, keeping it on paper while keeping it relatively reasonable for the llama's statistics. Any ideas?

realistic llamas or hyperreal llamas?
hyperreal: it needs to be able to cast web; ideally as a breath attack. or spit sovereign glue. or acid.

Realistic llama xD We could probably figure out how to add the hyperreal stuff later :P
But just for starters I need a basic template to use that would show the stat progression as an animal companion. :P

BUT CARL, THAT KILLS PEOPLE!

I once had a player have Carl as their animal companion. He did not talk, but he would eat corpses.

For starters, you want the llama (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/animals/herd-animals/herd-animal-llama) stats, which include an awesome spit attack. The animal companion llama stats are here (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/druid/animal-companions#TOC-Llama).

For making Carl really Carl, you will need to alchemically modify him to have a tank of acid in his body so he can spit acid, and possibly make some. Not quite sure how to go about that unless you use awaken (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/a/awaken) and then the Llama could take ranks in alchemist or wizard to use web, acid splash, alchemical acid, what have you.

Most importantly, the Llama has to be chaotic evil, and use "boat nectar" liberally.

Hahahaha! I don't know how far into that he will go, but, I had had a Llama mount once and we woke up to find the entire clearing covered in blood, and the Llama had blood all over his snout. He would bite anyone and everyone, especially hands.

Can create the poison The Calling at will, inside people's food (because that poison is totally Carl)

sure; it'd best be done by having the leadership feat and using an awakened llama.
though Carl is CE Vile; your party WILL be betrayed... in their sleep

I almost feel like an entire archetype or Prestige class should be made around the Llama Knight. XD
Any suggestions, other than the obvious Llama mount".
