I recently saw a screencap of the Isitoq and it got me thinking - what sorts of minions can a character get hold of with reasonable levels of ease/investment?

A short list would be things such as:
Combat:
http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/constructs/skull-ripper
Skull ripper is quite tanky, with 24AC and 112HP. 2 claws at 2d6+6, with grab and a +26 bonus on grapple checks. ~16k to make.
http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/constructs/golem/golem-alchemical
Random chance of 1d6 extra damage, or debilitating effect with crap save DC. Can throw bombs as a ranged touch attack with randomly determined damage type for 8d6. Costs ~18k.

Utility:

http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/bestiary/homunculus.html#homunculus
Aside from scouts, what could these be used for?

Templates:
http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/templates/frostfallen-creature-cr-1
Absolutely amazing since, unlike normal zombies/skeletons, frostfallen creatures retain their special attacks.

Spells:

Essential for repairing your constructs, 5hp/round for 1round/level

Does anyone have some other interesting constructs/undead/minions to add? I'm currently playing a 9th level wizard and looking for more mooks and minions to use, without having to micro dozens of dudes in combat and slow the game down excessively.

Check out the List of Necromantic Oddities.

I have a post with a bunch of long duration (some of them last for a year) minionmancy spells here (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?480523-Build-it-for-me-please&p=20530198#post20530198).

You can create Cursts (nigh-unkillable sapient undead) with a Bestow Curse and a Wish, but they can't be rebuked.

Rebuking tends to be a good option. The Water, Fire, Cold, Earth, and Warforged domains all allow you to get extra rebuking pools for creature types that almost never have turn resistance. The Deathbound domain lets you control more undead, and the Necromancer domain gives you access to Command Undead (combine this with one of the many ways to spontaneously cast spells from your domains). You can more domains through the Substitute Domain spell (replace the Knowledge domain given by Cloistered Cleric and/or the Oracle domain given by Divine Oracle) and/or dips into the Sovereign Speaker and Contemplative prestige classes.

The Paragnostic Apostle prestige class (with the See Through the Veil ability) effectively gets double the normal Rebuke Undead progression. You can extend the class further with Legacy Champion and/or Uncanny Trickster. Paragnostic Apostle progresses domain powers as well, allowing you to progress the your elemental and construct rebuking pools as well.
