Powerful build + Monkey Grip

Do these two stack? For example could a Goliath character who took the Monkey Grip feat wield a Great sword sized for a Huge creature at a -2 penalty?

No. Both make reference to your size, and neither changes it. A Goliath is still a Medium creature (unless they use Mountain Rage to become Large, in which case Monkey Grip/Strongarm Bracers would take effect as Mountain Rage explicitly doesn't stack with Powerful Build.)

Both are clearly limited to one size larger than the creature, so no.

Find a way to get buffed with "Enlarge Person". Gives you additional reach and stacks with powerful build if I remember right.

PB is by far better than MG. PB doesn't have the -2 penality and gives you bonuses on bullrush, trip and any kind of other sizechecks. MG can only compete in accessibility, due to racial restrictions for PB.

Yes. If you can't get Powerful Grip, get Strongarm Bracers. Monkey Grip is the weakest one of the lot.
