Dweomerkeeper's Supernatural Spell Ability

Once per day as a standard action, she can use any one spell with a casting time of up to 1 standard action as a supernatural ability. The spell chosen must be one that is currently available to the dweomerkeeper (that is, one that she has prepared or that she knows and has a spell slot of the appropriate level available to cast)

Lets say you:
1. took Spell Mastery
2. chose the spell Ice Assassin to master
3. took Uncanny Forethought
4. Reserved a level 9 spell slot.

Now, you can cast the 8 hour casting time spell as a standard action.

Can you apply supernatural spell to ice assassin?

Yes: You shortened it to standard action. It is now a spell of 1 standard action.
No: No matter how much you shorten a spell, the spell will always have a casting time of 8 hours in its description so you can't, because it's an 8 hour spell you shortened, not a spell with standard casting time.

I would say no - because it still isn't available to cast as a standard action. If you cast Uncanny Forethought then you can cast it faster, but with it memorized it is still only available as an 8 hour cast.
