Well, I might as well say it. Sanity Blinked is a failed experiment that succeeded. I came up with the idea of a Sprite Comic to add on to my drawn one long ago, but never did I think I'd actually have a full blown series made out of them.
So, here is a little history on the topic, both about the Comic and the Story of it. Those of you here to read the comics, just skip on ahead.
Sanity Blinked was meant to be a random accompaniment to my drawn comic, Death Inc. The two comics incorporated many of the same characters, just in different forms, the least changed being Axel, who is still just as tyranical and abusive with his powers as he is in Death Inc, Orcco remaining his crazy self too in the process. Aeroz is the most changed, known only as Bo (Black Omen) in Death Inc. In that case, he is a small round creature with few discernable features beyond three spikes and large black eyes.
The Cast:
Axel: The hero of our story, Axel is a tyranical, cruel and just plain funny (sometimes) Warlord who went insane after the Reaper Wars, and decided he could no longer continue Conquest, and settled in the pocket dimension of Sanity Blinked with most of his soldiers from before the war.
Aeroz: Axels Editor and Friend. There are very few people in the world who will ever earn more trust than Aeroz has, and it is rightly deserved. The two fought side by side in the Reaper Wars, and each saved the others lives more than once. Now, Aeroz does all he can to restrain Axels destructive side and ensure there is not another War.
CC: Cloaked Chaos, or CC, is an insane water being Axel found humerous and brought along as a pet. He has regretted it every day since.
Orcco: A strange midget of unknown quality that shows great loyalty to Axel, which is surprising considering he opposed him in the Wars. However, it has been seen that Orcco has met with strange figures on the roof late at night...
???: This mysterious figure, known only as Orcco's Master, appears from time to time to give cryptic instructions on some secret plot the two have that never seems to reach completion.
Rena and Mitch: These two are the equivalent of Interns, training to join other armies while earning a little money. The two have a love-hate relationship, Mitch loving Rena and her hating it. Still, she's stuck with him as part of the hiring deal, and so she suffers him... For now.
Heh, this isn't the full Cast but it's all that is included below. If you wanna find the rest, you'll have to wait until the site is up.
