Help with pricing an item (kinda like better ring storing)

so My character is a monster hunter. his family is from a Noble clan that hunt monsters and so forth
and I like the idea of having the right tool for the right battle.
my character has a 10 in every knowledge and so i'd like to think with a good knowledge check he know what one of his short swords to draw for the battle

so what I was thinking is a item that's like a ring of storing, bag of holding that lets you put a number of swords in one sheath and draw them as needed


I have 88789 gp so i'd like to know if that be enough to buy a item like that

The Wand Bracelet from Magic Item Compendium allows you to store four items (which can be drawn as a swift action) that are less than 3 lbs and able to be held in one hand (short swords qualify). It's 12000gp; I don't think it'd be unreasonable to add more slots for more money, and 12000gp might even be a bit pricey for what it does.

There's also the Quiver of Ehlonna (aka Efficient Quiver) for 1800gp which lets you store a variety of weapons.
