How much XP would it cost to wish for a scroll of Ice Assassin?

I'm not exactly sure, it's very confusing.

Ice Assassin has 20,000gp cost and 5,000xp. As far as I can tell these are flat, so i can create a scroll of Ice Assassin that creates a 288hd Iron Colossus for the same price of a scroll of Ice Assassin that creates a 1hd dog.

So the cheapest Ice Assassin scroll is 25gp x 9 x 17 = 3825gp, so the cost of creation would be 1912.5gp and the xp cost would be 153xp

But because of the material and xp components it would cost 21,912.5gp and 5153xp.

So Wish spell ignores the gp part, doubles the XP part, and adds an additional 5000xp right? So if I wish for a Scroll of Ice Assassin the creates a 288hd Iron Colossus, it would cost 5000 + 5000 + 153 x 2 = 10306xp, or 5000 + 5153 x 2 = 15306xp?

Btw, can you use magic to heal Ice Assassins? Like repair critical damage, cure critical wounds, or inflict critical wounds.

Everything is right except for the bolded part (of course, that it means the error trickles from there). Sanctum can reduce the spell level by one, and taking the 3 mage-slayer feats can reduce CL by 12). So, without abusing a dubious "no hard-and-fast rule about minimum CL", the cheapest scroll it, at most, 25*8*5=1000gp.



Btw, can you use magic to heal Ice Assassins? Like repair critical damage, cure critical wounds, or inflict critical wounds.Nope. It explicitely says it can only heal by being repaired in a lab.

If I were to craft a 17 caster level version, would it cost 10306xp or 15306xp to wish one up?

15,306; extra Xp components are simply included in the "normal" cost to craft the scroll, and the Wish makes no distinction.
