I'm curious if how I think that is roleplayed will match what is said here.

Brilliant mind in an average to weakish body.
avoids combat, physical combat quite adamantly; they are well aware their strengths are in the mental or social sphere.

Wisdom is often correlated with spirituality; a realization of the connection between things, a perceptiveness about the world. Person might be quite serene or pious, but not necessarily.

They have a good strong sense of self worth and are good at reading people.

I made this character a female cleric of sarenrae with healing and good (agathon) domains. I wanted to make a sagely character that could support the party both in combat and skills wise.

I just rolled to see if I could beat middle aged 25 point buy, and I got
11 str
10 dex
11 con
14 int
22 wis
16 cha

pretty similar roleplay and usefulness, right?

First thing that came to mind was Professor X from the X-Men. While he's physically weak, he's also charismatic, intelligent, and very insightful.

Somewhat anorectic model ?
Skinny p*rnstar ?

In male, that would be one of them computer nerds, but with Brad Pitt face, or something.

Maybe something like this?

I'd imagine this guy is a good example of weak physical but high mental stats at advanced age:
