I know I've seen two or three good lists of houserules on this board, but I was wondering if anyone has collected the links into one place?

Zman's 5e Tweaks (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?482259-Zman-s-5e-Tweaks)
Focused on light handed balance tweaks. Doesn't include some other houserules I use like a modified Flanking, or being dropped to 0HP causes 1 level of Exhaustion putting a penalty on being constantly knocked down and brought up.
