3.5e shifter barbarian build logistics help

Talon is a level 3 shifter lion spirit bear totem barbarian with whirling frenzy rage. He has the following abilities:

Longtooth (shifter)
Razor claw (extra shift trait feat lvl 1)
Multi attack (flaw)
Pounce (lion spirit)
Improved grapple (bear totem)
Rake (level 3 feat)

I am wondering if, on a charge, I can do my bite and two claw attacks as full attack from pounce, and use the extra attack from whirling frenzy to grapple.

Secondly what are my attack bonus like on these attacks (disregard strength bonus)?

+2 for charge
-2 for claws from multiattack
-2 for all attacks from whirling frenzy

Does the charge bonus apply to all the attacks?

Your to hit for your primary attack would be: BAB + Str mod + 2 (charge mod) and BAB + Str mod + 2 - 2 (for secondary under multiattack) for a net of BAB + Str mod.

EDit: Forgot Whirling Frenzy. -2 to all of those.

I would say you can use the extra attack to grapple, as the SRD says you can attempt to grapple multiple times if you have multiple attacks.

As for the charge bonus applying, I would say it does, although that is just from personal experience in being allowed to do so.

Also, for future feats, would recommend Shifter Savagery. It doubles your crit range for your natural weapons and increases their effective size by two if you shift and rage at the same time.
