Alright, so I thought about making a sorcerer, but with one twist: he has the Draconic origin path and he had no ancestors whom were born from dragons.
Basically, it goes like this: my character was walking in the forest, until he saw in the clearing he walked in was an Adult gold dragon. Due to his honesty and courtesy when with the dragon, he granted him one gift. He chose to harness magic, so the dragon cut himself with his talon, and made a small cut on the player's arm with the dragon blood, thus allowing him to be a sorcerer.
Now tell me, is this a perfectly valid reason or is it bunk?
