What happens when you lose class skills?

So, my cleric took Travel Domain, and is planning on retraining out of it. But I put skills in to Survival. What happens? Nothing?

in the PHBII under retraining there's a paragraph saying that the retraining process of changing a class choice might automatically change class features acquired later. My guess is this would apply to spent skill points as well, who now are cross-class instead of class (and as such count only for 0.5 each).
