Night Hag Damage Resistances Question.

So, the Night Hag DR states that, she halves the damage (as DR is done in 5e) from Cold, Fire, Bludgoing,Piercing and Slashing, from Nonmagical Weapons that aren't silvered.

So, what if, she's hit by a Magic sword that isn't silvered? Does it overcome her DR?
Or a silver mundane sword?
Or it has to be, a Magical Silvered sword to overcome her DR?

It has to be magical, silvered, or both.

So a mundane silver weapon punches through her damage resistance.

So does a magical weapon that is not silvered.
