Benefit
You can combine a jump with a charge against an opponent. If you cover at least 10 feet of horizontal distance with your jump, and you end your jump in a square from which you threaten your target, you deal +100% the normal bonus damage from your use of the Power Attack feat. If you use this tactic with a two-handed weapon, you instead triple the extra damage from Power Attack.
This attack must follow all the normal rules for using the Jump skill and for making a charge, except that you ignore rough terrain in any squares you jump over.


So after you have read this feat, What if the creature using Leap Attack is medium and the target is large or larger?
Does the target deserve an AoO?

Yes - how you leave threatened squares, unless it is tumbling or 5' steps, does not alter the fact of the threatener getting an attack of opportunity.
What's more - you are charging so your AC is 2 lower than normal as well.

Yes, just like with a normal charge.

If a medium flying creature was diving down to attack an ogre, the ogre would get an AoO too.

Reach works in all dimensions, possibly excepting down into the ground. And even then only because the ground provides total cover.
