Draconic Persuasion does this:
1. Cast an arcane spell.
2. Gain a bonus to your next bluff, intimidate, or perform check equal to 1.5 times the spell level of the spell cast.
3. The check must be made before the end of the next round.

The perform check piques my interest, but my character's perform checks last tens of minutes, maybe even an hour (its perform: dance).

Does this feat boost my character's perform: dance even though it takes more than 1 round?

The feat text does it: when you make the check within 1 round of casting your spell, reap the bonus. there's no language in there about it only applying to certain checks.
