Faster bard song

Is there anyway for pure bard to be able to start his songs as a swift / move / free action on first round/surprise ? Or anytime he wants basically
Would be nice to sing and attack or cast same round

The Song of the White Raven feat lets you inspire courage as a swift action.

The Harmonize and Greater Harmonize spells take a standard action to cast, but let you start your music as a move action.

The harmonize would be great if it was faster to cast
All it does it burn my move and standard action :P
Does white raven work for any other effects like fascinate? Or is there something to help with thoes?

Quicken Spell-Like Ability can be used for bardic music abilities that duplicate spells (i.e. Suggestion).
