[3.5] Arcane Fist with Quarterstaff

Hi All,

I'm interested in building a monk/arcane quarterstaff gish, and would like some method of channeling spells in a full attack through the quarterstaff.

Duskblade 13 would work. I would like proper casting (ie sorc/wizard or similar), so this is a last resort.
Enlightened Fist's Arcane Fist ability would be ideal, but it's very clear about this only working with unarmed strike. Not only that, but it only works with an unarmed full attack action, so I can't even mix & match UAS with quarterstaff hits.
Other abilities are low use (spellsword) or don't work for full attacks (ordained champion), as far as I can tell.

Is there some way to treat the quarterstaff as an unarmed strike, or turn a qstaff into my fists, or otherwise work with the abilities, to activate the Arcane Fist strike with a quarterstaff?

Try a ki focus (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/magicWeapons.htm#kiFocus) weapon. The Staff of the Vagabond, from Complete Champion, works well.

Edit: A spell-storing (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/magicWeapons.htm#spellStoring) weapon is great too. You can make both ends spell-storing and store a spell in each end.

I don't think the ki weapon explicitly works, but it's close enough the GM may allow!

Still looking for more options, just in case.

Ordained Champion might work, if you're fine with switching to Divine Spells. If you use an Archivist as your base, you'll be able to get Bard spells (like Irresistible Dance) (through the Divine Bard ACF) and some schools of Wizard spells (through the Cleric's Divine Magician ACF). Get a source of turning (I recommend the Sacred Exorcist PrC) and DMM Persist Divine Power to get full BAB.
