[Need Balance Feedback] Binder Conversion and Redesign from 3.5 to 5e

Hey everyone. I'm crossposting this from the homebrew forums because I need feedback for a conversion to 5e of the Binder class I've been working on for the last month. This is brand new, and has no affiliation with the other port currently on the main homebrew page(But you should check that out too because it's really good). Anyways, I need feedback on the class, especially from a balance perspective. It's feature complete up to level 10, with progression laid out up to level 20. I would especially appreciate any feedback with regard to things being too weak or too strong, or if it looks roughly balanced.
