So hears the fluff, I just need to know how to make it actually work and work good

SO A little back ground for my character. she was Born the daughter of two military officals who were both killed "in the war" She grew up from day one being caught how to take life. she had been taken in By a orginzation that took orphans and trained them to me the perfect assassins. How ever this orginzation soon fell at end of the war though sadly most the children were to far gone to be saved so they were dealt with. all Except my pc who was only spared do to the fact that her face remind the head of the unit of his sister. Time passed and my pc grew up in the large city. How ever the world was ever cruel and she saw the wicked ways of the world around her and vowed to be the cold steel that would clense this world a new and wash it clean in flame.

So heres what I want an assassin style geaslt 3.5 character with out using the Assassin pc.
I want her to use a katana as her main weapon for looks. On a misson she wears a lite but flexiable body armor coverd in spikes, with a death stroke style mask.

I want her to be able to sneak around the city an assassinate the filth as she calls it.

I want her body armor spikes to leak injury piosons even if its a small amount of damage.

I want her to katana to be able to deiliver poisons that could drop npc

Also as mention in a previous threat I get a boon
and for the boon I'd like a item set that can help boost my assassination abilites
the items need to be the mask, the body suit with spikes and the venmous katana

Well, at least as far as I know, the only classes that use a viable Death Attack (read this as the assassination technique in DnD) are the Assassin, Telflammar Shadowlord, and Black Flame Zealot. If we're assuming you don't want us to homebrew anything, I... could only really suggest using some bloodlines to get early access to assassin and transition into Zealot when you could. If you really don't want to use Assassin, I guess you could try to rush Zealot, but I feel like that doesn't thematically fit you character. You seem to want to play a rogue of some sort. I would just try to optimize sneak attack and stealth and hope your one-shots, flavor-wise, constitute the "assassinations" you're hoping for. You could take craft: poisons to try to debuff enemies you know before hand, or put them into a forced sleep of some kind later, to open them up to a coup de grass?

There is the Avenger (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/prc/20070401a) as an option.
classwise I'd go for swordsage X//dark creature template 1/Rogue OR Stealthy Exoticist Fighter 4/Avenger
It gives you a fair bit of sneaking powers and sneak attack.

What books are open to you, what level are you starting at, and what race do you want to be?

Your two best options are probably the factotum (Dungeonscape) or the swordsage (Tome of Battle). Also, if you want to use poison, you need to pick up the Poison Use feat (DotU). I'll go ahead and leave you with some handbooks to get you started. They should also give you a general feel for the classes.

Factotum handbook (http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?topic=2720.0)

Swordsage Handbook (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?259783-3-5-Swordsage-Handbook-This-one-ll-walk-the-whole-Way-WIP-PEACH)

Poison Handbook. (http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?topic=4854.0)

Ghost Faced Killer might work for a prestige class.
