How would these four classes be played differently from each other? Which is the best one? Why?

Gozreh's nature aspect is indifferent to fire and earth, favoring wind, water, and animals. Gozrehs clerics reflect such, while druids get their power from nature itself and could take other aspects of nature in favor or focus.

Most of Gozreh's church is clerics, with about 10% being druids, but many more druids are lay worshipers. A druid devoted to Gozreh would favor wind, waves, and animals. Clerics would be studied in the faith and teachings, druids would be more intuitive in understanding and come to worship Gozreh out of like mindedness than formal training. Most of gozreh's clerics are celibate, and take in orphans to train them to be such. So a cleric is likely to be raised from birth, but a druid less so. Druids are much more likely to worship the entire portfolio of Gozreh, but a cleric would probably take on a single aspect such as beasts, or wind, or water, depending on upbringing and location. A druid of Gozreh is much more likely to be a hermit than a cleric. Clerics are much likely to have a divination aspect, such as reading flocks of birds, winds, etc.

Gozreh does not support paladins in Golarion.

Inquisitors of Gozreh are very rare, but they are primarily concerned with those who pollute the air or sea, or mass poaching. They would be more concerned with protecting Gozreh's creations first and worship secondarily.

Most of Gozreh's entry in the inner sea guide covers the differences and similarities between the classes that worship.

What about these 4 with a deity like Cayden Caliean?

In general, characters receiving power from a divine source will have the same set of expectations and obligations and rules no matter what mechanics they use to portray this in game. And should mechanics and fluff disagree (for instance a god's ethos vs. a common interpretation of the CRB paladin's code) then fluff wins.
