This happened a long time ago and I just want to see what you would do.

So what if a PC accidentally, say, falls into a strange portal which then, say, makes him become everything and everytime ever in material existence, past, present, and future, with the exception of him never existing, then is set back into the place he was in previously, now mortal again, and crazy-murders the party he was in. Wipes them all out, ruthlessly. Now he is on a quest to gain enough influence, power and knowledge to become a God. Not a lich, not immortal, but a God, and only that (or an infernal demon lord) will do.

You are the Player to that Character. What would you do? You are human and have 14 levels to use at your leisure, with the first 6 being in Monk (Shadow). You have the following stats as of level 6: 17 Str, 20 Dex, 14 Con, 14 Int, 30 Wis, and 10 Cha along with the Lucky feat. (the 30 Wis is from being everything that was, is, and will be without your existence). You also know every language in existence, including alien ones (not that they matter haha).

Assuming the generic D&D setting, how would you gather influence, power, slavely workers, etc. to build your empire and become a God (or an infernal demon lord) within the 60 years of your mortal life you have left? You can go for a technical way (IE taking the best everything just to maximize potential character-badassery) or a roleplay way (like going Warlock for power and influence and aid of the beings you idolize).

This is just supposed to be a fun little thing, and I hope that's the case. Have fun!

It's a pity it's 30 WIS and not 30 CHA. If he had damn high CHA it'd be possible for him to raise his own army, but with those stats, that's difficult.

That being said, why can't he first become a Lich, and then proceed to become a God? It allows you to ignore whatever time-limits you may have. Much easier to build grand-scale schemes and take control over entire underground organizations.

Reducing himself to such imitation of godly glory would be a sin upon him, making him unworthy of the beautiful power that is godhood. In his eyes.

EDIT: Plus, 30 CHA wouldn't make sense. He saw everything and everytime, but he's still the same dude as before, but with a dramatically changed personality and a grave, grave complex.

I have no idea because frankly, there isn't a rule on "how to become a God". It's specifically stated "how to become a Lich", but never "how to become a God" - that's completely up to the DM and what sort of plot devices he gives you, making this question really vague and dependant on the DM (who isn't even here at this moment).

No matter how many mortal servants you gather, you can't become a God unless you perform some weird-ass ritual that isn't even mentioned in the original rules and suppliments. The same with a demon lord (and BTW, there's really no such thing as an infernal demon lord, 'cause in D&D, "Infernal" refers to the Devils, not to the Demons). So, really, this question is near impossible to answer.

Or, if you consider "Demon Lord" to be the term "the ruler of a particular layer of the abyss", that's probably possible by mortal means if you work really, and I mean really hard. In order to do so, the campaign must be set in a world brimming with magic, with super-powerful casters walking down the street everywhere in town (yes, I wonder how such a society can even exist, but I mean it's the only way). You somehow manage to build an organization emcompassing hundreds and thousands of epic-level casters, band all of them into an army, and march into some layer of the abyss. With luck you could possibly conquer it. Of course, then, you need to kill the rest of the army to become the layer's ruler, though...

Simple - kill demons. With a wisdom like that, take some levels of rogue for expertise, sneak attacks, and general synergy with shadow, and grab some expertise in insight, perception, stealth, and acrobatics. Steal magic artifacts through murder and subterfuge. Assassinate devils until you win. End at 6 assassin/14 monk.
With a charisma of 10, I don't see too many other options.

It will be done either through meditation or destruction. In the former, dude will sit atop of a mountain until everything makes sense to him, and all doors of perception are open. In the latter, he will use his newfound understanding of the multiverse to destroy demons/undead (if good) or angels/fey (if evil) until the universe bends to his will.

He knows what was, is and will be?
Thats easy then. Simply place yourself in the right time at the right place, for example if a dude is going to unwittingly encounter a disguised god on a beaten trail and are granted a divine spark for an act of kindness then you simply get there first. Sure you alter the course of events because you exist and your wisdom is based off if/when you didnt but you're bound to be right at least once.

Hell, you could even go about it really arrogantly if thats youre style. Get a god to challenge you to a series of impossible tasks with divinity as your prize, and since you have such a vast amount of insight you are bound to have enough information on how do get said impossible tasks done (think the trials of hercules). Even if the god tries to weasel their way out of it afterwords theres a good chance you can out-trick them and get your goodhood anyway.

It's simple really. We kill the Bat Man. Honestly though what you do is go cleric and "worship" a god but lie in your heart of hearts as an Ur-Priest. You then pursue the Far Realm thinking that if there is no recourse in all known creation, you must descend into the unknown, possibly bringing a god/avatar with you in hopes that Deific power is a transferable property. Minions of Shaar should be easy to manipulate as their devotion to Nihilistic destruction is all consuming.
