I dont see why you would not be able to, but this just came up. Can you use your gambits even if you have no moves to recover? That luck bonus is quite nice, and there are gambits for nearly every CMB action you can take. Since the gambit is expanded until you use all your gambits of course this is limited in some ways, but still is going to fit my dirty rogue build quite nicely.
