1: If two Unchained Rogues both use the same Debilitating Injury on the target, does it get an additional universal -2 (for a total of -4), or does the duration of the effect just extend and both rogues get the bonus vs attacking/being attacked themselves?

2: When using a strike that hits more then one time as a standard action (such as a couple of Broken Blade moves) does sneak attack/deadly strike apply only at the start since its one move, or on each attack the strike gives (providing of course all conditions are met to apply for the precision damage)?

2: It applies on each individual attack. To note, there's a FAQ RAW thread for 1st party stuff here (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?414719-Simple-Q-amp-A-by-RAW-for-Pathfinder-4), and a thread for DSP FAQs here. 1a) The universal/group bonus (-2) won't stack, only get extended.
1b) The "individual rogue" bonus will now apply to both rogues.

Example: two 16th-level uRogues flank a target; both score sneak attacks and apply Debilitating Injury to the target's AC. The target will take a -2 to its AC against everyone else in the party, and a -8 to AC vs. each of the two rogues. (this does not include their flanking or other bonuses.)
