Cleric Item Question

okay playgrounders, I would like to use reliquary holy symbol (mic p120) with my cleric.
now the sticky point is the cleric has the turn or rebuke undead ability, and through classes/PRC's & ACF's can get rebuke undead, rebuke dragons, turn undead as 3 separate abilities.
the reliquary holy symbol, states grants you one additional daily use of your turn or rebuke undead ability.

Q: If the cleric has the 3 separate above listed abilities, would the reliquary holy symbol give its extra turn attempts to
1: each ability
2: turn & rebuke only
3: turn OR rebuke only

I'd say 1 use, total, of any 1 ability.
A more lenient reading reads the "or" as a non exclusive or, meaning you get 1 to turn and 1 to rebuke.
I can't see how it would be twisted to give extra dragon rebukes
