I needed a few more high-CR aberrations for my game. The Monster Manual is a little light on aberrations in general and only has a few above CR 10 (and none above 14). I've converted a few Lovecraftian horrors for 5e and my latest is the gug (https://worldbuilderblog.me/2016/04/27/adding-abberations-gug/). (There's also a moonbeast (https://worldbuilderblog.me/2016/03/02/adding-aberrations-moonbeast/) and hound of Tindalos (https://worldbuilderblog.me/2016/03/30/adding-aberrations-the-hound-of-tindalos/) on my blog).

Check it out and let me know what you think. Thanks so much!

Slap the psudonatural template on a dragon or giant or something.

I know of no such template for 5e. Sounds cool though! Link?

Ehh he'll. I missed that 5e. See if someone could convert it from 3.5?
