Locating Obscure Item

There's an item I'm having trouble finding. It's costume armor or fake armor designed to look like plate, but it grants no armor bonus.

Can someone help me find it?

Failing that, you could just buy armor from a level X expert with ranks in disguise ;)

There's the Ceremonial template for armor (Dungeon 105) which slashes its ASF and AC by half. it costs double the normal masterwork version.

Ah, I think I know the armor you're talking about... Is it the Fool's Serving Plate (or something like that)? It was in the Dragon Magazine issue that focused on Olidimmara, IIRC.
