Pathfinder has the Arcane Healer (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/bard/archetypes/paizo---bard-archetypes/arcane-healer) and Songhealer (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/bard/archetypes/paizo---bard-archetypes/songhealer) bard archetypes, as well as a Masterpiece (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/bard/bardic-masterpieces/masterpieces/life-budding-in-salted-earth-sing-string-wind) that grants everyone fast healing.

3.5 not sure; I was almost certain Words of Creation had an option for that, but evidently not.
