I've got a quite a large daily trawl.
Most of the strips I read have found thier way into the Belfry Webcomics Index, at http://www.belfry.com/comics/
but www.tailsteak.com contains a variety of interesting wack as well.

Anyone know the comic series about a few gamers who play RPGs. It had a name like "Three Dorks" then they added someone and it was changed to "Four Dorks" I think... SOMETHING like that. But even if I'm confused there, it was a hilarious comic... I can't find it though. :(

You may want to inspect your keyboard; yours seems to have been shipped with its Caps Lock key missing or stuck in the ON position. :-/

Inverloch - just because I love manga, the story is very slow but grippingly drawn
http://www.seraph-inn.com/index.html
Have also got into Nodwick a bit since the OOTS reference recently

Well, there's "Full Frontal Nerdity" by Aaron Williams. It and Nodwick can be found at www.nodwick.com
I like to check out www.partiallyclips.com; kinda hit and miss, but some of them are brilliant. Be sure to share the following with your mom (nothing raunchy, I promise!): http://www.partiallyclips.com/index.php?id=1108

I also check out Alien Dice, CTRL+ALT+DEL, Penny Arcade, and Sokora Refugees sometimes.
And to be utterly on-topic... I recommend El Goonish Shive (http://www.egscomics.com/) for people who think that transforming men into women is hilarious :)
It starts awkwardly, but it gets better fast.

If I had to pick out specific comics that are awesome, I would have to choose:
1/0 at http://oneoverzero.keenspce.com
Schlock Mercenary at http://www.schlockmercenary.com
"Charby the Vam-pirate" and "The Gods of Ar-Kelan" at drunkduck.com
and the old standby, Sluggy Freelance at Http://www.sluggy.com (A bit slow nowdays, but the archives are still hilarious, if you haven't readthem yet)
Coencedentally, all of these can be found in the aforementioned Belfry Webcomics Index, which is a lovely resouce in spite of the awful holloween color scheme it currently sports.

It has Lego, D&D, nerd jokes, physics jokes, Cthulhu vs Steve Irwin, and it's made by an Australian. How can you go wrong?

Concerned: The Half-Life and Death of Gordon Frohman (http://www.hlcomic.com)
It's a comic about a guy with a similar name to the protagonist of Half-Life 2. It's a pretty funny parody of the HL2 single player campaign using Gary's Mod to use in game footage.
