If an arcane caster gets divine spells through wyrm wizard (like Miracle), does he cast them as an arcane spell or divine spell?

Yeah I guess you're right. The "all other aspects of the spell remain unchanged" confused me, but the first part clearly states that you add it to your arcane spell list as an arcane spell of the same level.
