Was wondering if the fast healing would be cut in half because it's a magical spell rather than a natural ability?
Or how would you rule it?

No. It doesn't heal you; it just gives you fast healing, which works on a warforged just fine. It'd heal undead, too.

Ok wasn't sure because I was thinking fast regeneration was a magical effect of a creature with no natural regeneration / healing
